Hi Jaz,
think you should be able to clear the preset on time the last day you use your car (Friday ? )
you would then have to remember to set the time again on sunday for it to come on again on ... |

nothing to do with the age really, its more about miles and service work already done 
front and rear arms are both service items maybe 40-60k miles so good for a while no ... |
