Sounds a bit bureaucratic, but thanks for clarifying the position. It seems odd that they wouldn't have addressed this before launching the model and/or putting the steps on sale, though.

| I've got one on order with deployable side steps, and no-one has said anything about a problem. They are routinely fitted to pre-MY 2017 cars, so why would the new model be different? |
