In the 2010 or newer models, yes you can disable it in the menu. On the older ones you can't

Depends on what model year your RRS is - don't think the Hawkeye covers the 3.0 ltr TDV6

If you don't have the 4WD info screen, there is no indication provided for the rear or centre eDiffs' activations. You just drive it!

Size wise they are available only in a slightly taller size, 275/65 18, but that should not be a problem, especially with the LLAMS module

No, they raise pretty much the same - the D3 figure you are quoting is the height difference between on-road and emergency height, which is the same for the RRS.
