i sold mine in the end as i was so paranoid about breaking it and it cost me a fortune 3k in a year i repairs, i felt i could no longer enjoy the car  , it wanst that i couldnt afford to run it ... |

| ive done same spent 12-15 hours travelling (total) and had to leave the car as its a dog, gutting that the expense of travel but always better to walk away than buy a shed |

Don't underestimate how thirsty the S/C is though. I've not been able to get better than 13mpg, even tried driving like my nan - it made no difference!
