Just an update, taken another look and I'm thinking the inner joint on the track rod could be faulty, but I'm going to ensure the steering rack has no movement.

As with my rrs, works perfectly till I go on a longish journey.

My 2012 heats in minutes, you can feel the temperature difference on the glass after a minute, and see the lines up the screen where it is de icing, but usually I just use the pre heat.

Unfortunately it is, but unfortunately there are a few common faults to choose from Shocked Shocked
Doesn't help that the inlet manifold is some cheap plastic rubbish.
