Fair enough. I am looking into the rear wheel carrier (similar to the D3) and fitting a sub tank. This will definately fix the issue!

Thanks Slimer. All they supply here is a 'wrap around nudge bar'. This isnt going to do much if you happen to strike a kangaroo. I was hoping to get something more substantial.

I wonder if anyone has had a puncture when off road. This is to prevent sticks penetrating the spare. I was thinking about using conveyer belt rubber.

I get my off road on a regular basis. Happy to say that i have never needed to be yanked out (although i have come close several times) I would not do a recovery from the front hook, it is a tie down ...
