You can purchase a replacement lock and key set from LR, very easy to change the lock and you get two keys, I purchased mine about 18 months ago and cost about £12.

Sounds like it could be the compressor or air tank if you can hear a hissing noise, both are located on the passenger side of the car.

Castrol Magnatec 5w-30 is recommended for the 2.7 engine, 6.2 litres inc oil filter change. I purchased this oil from Costco, I think it was just over £20/4lts.

I think this plate would be removed to replace the fuel filter at the two year service. I am not sure of the bolt size but I think it is an M8.

Best to take it back to the guys who did the service ...
