Alas not. I'm pretty sure You could with the rear tailgate, but not the doors. Having said that, I've not tried forcing the door latches closed.
Why do you want to do that?

I have a 1 Amp drain on my battery and am trying to identify the cause. I've been following Robbie's guide and I want to start pulling fuses in the glove box fuse box but understand I need the car to be asleep, so locked.
If you leave the door open, the car will also go to sleep after a while as long as you don't close or open a door. So just keep the bonnet and passenger door open.

You can force the locks closed if you want, indeed that is what LR recommend in the workshop manual when looking for a current drain. It does simplify matters when testing at the CJB but if you are as forgetful as me tie a warning sign on the door so that you do not try to slam it shut against a closed lock.
