if in order to tell the difference you have to see them side by side, what's the point then?

I just want to understand the rationale behind these changes Smile Cheers,

Andrei

They are quite obviously different, Jazzz.... I presume you haven't seen them? Confused

At the end of the day, if you don't want to do it, don't do it. That's the simple solution.

It's obvious, shmoogle, so I probably won't. Wink

My point was that if you are not a dedicated RRS fan knowledgeable of all those little thingies about markings etc, your average Joe (like me Shocked ) won't know the difference Very Happy

Believe it or not, about 3 months ago I couldn't tell a Sport from a Vogue Smile

BUT when it comes to things like exhaust tips and mesh grilles and vents, THESE things will be noted by most onlookers (not that I like mesh grilles Embarassed ) Cheers,

Andrei

You're presuming that everyone modifies their cars for the benefit of others. When I had mine, I changed the grille and vents (altho I didn't do the badges) so that I would think my car looked good. I didn't do it so other people could say "Oh look, he's changed some bits!" - I wouldn't expect anyone else to notice unless they were part of this forum, for example Wink

Anyway... enough already Rolling Eyes

I would think its more about personal satisfaction than anything else. The joy one gets when they step outside with the key in hand look at the car and get that satisfying feeling wether it be badges wheels colour coding or anything else.

now THAT is quite understandable. I just dont see the SC attributes making all that difference. but then again I may be style-blind... Cheers,

Andrei

while picking up my RRS at the dealers paid close attention to the looks of an SC and a NA RRS. The difference that I was able to spot was that on an SC the grille was of darker color (Rhodium?). And (YESSSS!) the badges were black.

Apart from that the difference evades me...

I would love, however, a mesh grille for the lower radiator openings (both in the bumper and underneath it), but of the same style as the stock grille. Is such a thing available?

Thanks. Cheers,

Andrei
