VW..but we need to be sure numbers don't get out of control, thats why we need to ensure this is an invite only event...as if we get people crashing, they won't be able to have lunch or do the tour etc etc....not being a fuddy duddy old fart, but it's just we have to cap it off at 30....

Windscreen passes for the maximum cars from the forum?

I'm happy to produce them this end (A5 size on day-glow) and we can put them in the screen. Then at the ACE only those on the list can park in the car-park? Just a thought.

Happy to cover postage and post them out prior but would obviously need addresses nearer the time. Or can hand them out if we meet at the dealership?

Anyone who decides to turn up 'on spec' will have to park in the road outside, or if it's busy then one of the side streets. At least the forum members get to park in a line in the car park!
