United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Rimini Red
engine idling noise

have just noticed that my tdv6 seems to be making more noise than usual when idling, The rpm shows nearer to 750 than 500 can anybody tell me if this is ok, or what the correct idling speed should be. If it is fast, is it a dealer job to rectify ??
