RRS SC service history and maintenance intervals?

Hi All
I'm looking to swap to a 05/55 RRS SC if I find a nice one. And just looked at one recently which appears to have little or no service history for a near 3 year old (55 plate)
The car has 17Kmiles and only has 1 stamp in its book for a service at 15K (non-franchised service)
It seemed a little fishy to me as I would have expected at least a couple of Landrover dealer stamps ie PDI and a specific mileage service when for maintining warrenty?
I've missed the LR service desk to check but wondered what was normal service intervals on the SC and should it not have a delivery check stamp from the supplying dealer ?

Cheers
Macca

cheers
It looks like this ones been left to mileage only which must have invalidated the warrenty Sad with its 1st and only service being at ~2 years old . And being at a non-franchise isnt I suspect going to win any friends at LR customer services...

This is strange.

The service interval on the S/C in the USA is every 7500 miles. BTW, we get free service for 4 years/50K miles. I would not personally go any further than 7500 miles before changing the oil/filter, and I always use a synthetic.

Sickening isn't it.... the service intervals are different in various markets around the world. I'd be steering well clear of that SC. If an owner of these sort of cars can't be bothered to keep it serviced properly, you wonder what else is wrong Confused

Yeah, more (but free) servicing on a cheaper car.

Anyway, I suppose they charge what the market will stand.

Yup all that glitters is not gold and all that. Spoke to the local dealer this am and apart from the pdi they havent seen the car since, its suspicious of me but I think its got a new service book to hide any previous service notes (from where is a guess) which is why the pdi stamp is missing from it so makes me suspicous of the claimed mileage, note its also had 4 owners in 2.5years ! a fact overlooked by the seller until I had it HPI'd
I'm steering clear of this one as it stands
