Not really. Retro fit ones are activiated and powered by the reversing lights....

I'm not sure retrofitting the LR PDC would be a financially viable thing to do when you can get aftermarket systems for much much cheaper (which do exactly the same thing at the end of the day). |

Cheaper to do a 3rd party kit. This was recently on our sister site.

I think it's going to be one of those things you ask your service dept to quote for.... if the wiring looms not there (which tbh, I can't imagine it not being) then a lot of service depts won't even go there.
