United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

Just goes to show I'm rubbish at predicting the weather. Embarassed

It's white over here too. Still less than an inch deep though so I don't think it will cause too many problems. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Good to see everyone again and meet some new faces. Shame the weather was crap. Journey south on the M1 was awful. And it didn't get any better as no sooner did I arrive home than it snowed all night. But all gone this am.

Also nice to see a fleet of Stornoway Grey's instead of the usual black ones. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

Never mind the Stornoway Grey's (Grey is the new Black) what about those 'guest' cars some of you brought along. Mind blowing.

On another note. I was saying to Josh at the meet yesterday, isn't it funny how you have an image in your head of what someone looks like from what they write on this forum - then when you meet them, they look the complete opposite!

Good to meet everyone though - new and old (I think I took the literal 'old' winning medal though).

It was great meeting everyone, lovely setting for the lunch too, well done Kam. Surprised that there were no BLACK RRS there just the two err alternatives M3 and Lotus. The short run Vic had in the M3 and the Elise made his day for him, so thanks guys Thumbs Up
The trip home down the M1 was, lets say, with the SWMBO driving, interesting Shocked she made it as far as the Watford gap services and handed the car back to me. We finaly got home at 4am after a delayed crossing, Vic slept most of the way so at least he was fresh at 7am this morning to go to school.
Did manage to get a couple of pics but havn't looked at them yet but there should be a couple of the exotic "alternative" machinery thet arrived. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Guys it was just as well you left when you did because by 8pm there was 1.5" of snow in the carpark at the Hotel and it was still snowing (and I have a new set of Pirelli Snow and Ice 19" tyres sitting here in Stirling that I could have put on the car on Friday!)
Anyway it was good to meet the new faces and re-acquaint with those who I last met either at the 1st Gaydon meet or at the factory trip. Had a pretty good run north today, wet roads most of the way but only occassional showers - it's the first time I'ver ever seen a low washer reservoir level alarm come up on my info screen and that was after filling it up this morning before leaving the Royal Court.

Glad everybody made it home safely - I spoke to Jay and Ali last night while they were travelling. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
