RRS at Southampton

One of the best sights in Southampton is a carpark full of RRS and Minis (Of which I own both) These cars are obviously waiting for export and are sitting in a multi story carpark only visable from the water. There have to be about 600 RRS there, all colours and models. WHAT A SIGHT! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Bonatti Grey

I see the car transporters loaded up with them coming down the A34 next to us, obviously on their way to Southamton docks. Almost every time I drive on the A34 I see at least one lorry loaded up with RRS & D3s. Matt

RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!

Imagine 2500 of them all on one ship................ which is also just like a floating Multi-storey carpark.
Remember car carrier that rolled over in the Channel 3 or 4 years ago just before Christmas. It contained virtually all the launch Volvo XC90's for the UK market and the US market and set back deliveries to owners here by nearly 9 months! It also contained a lot of BMWs and Saabs all bound to the USA. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I remember - and they cut the ship up using a large cheese wire. It cut the ship and cars into slices! - cool! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
