2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Zermatt Silver
Bush or roll bar

Ok, so LR have taken the car in for a few days to get to the bottom of the squeaking issue.

Agreed its a rubbery squeak, and new roll bar bushes were ordered yesterday to be installed today. Whilst they are doing that they will inspect the roll bars to see if actually that is the underlying cause - i.e if they are causing the bushes to Censored up.

Now - who has experience of roll bars being faulty. Is this an issue that should only occure by mis-use of just 'one of those things' that can unexpectidly go wrong.

Bear in mind I have until next week to decide whether to return the car. A friend who has the FFRR said that once your RR goes wrong, it always goes wrong.

Of course, as a goodwill act if RR gave me a years extended warranty after the manufacturers warranty expires, i wouldnt mind so much..!

It's not a sign that the car has been mistreated - some owners have experienced the problem on brand new cars. It is a design flaw somewhere along the line and some can be fixed some can not. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
