Regulations? What regulations???

I don't think that we are effected, but that is probably because we haven't been harvesting timber.

I was actually starting to think the other way in terms of planting trees as shelter belts, erosion control etc.

Just trying to figure out some creative ways to get some other Censored to pay for the trees and planting etc.

Like "selling" carbon credits to city folk Very Happy Just a white TDV8 with a few extras

That's the easy answer, and it means that I have to spend a $ to get 45% of it back in a tax return.

The creative one is to get someone else to pay for it all and for me to still get the tax credits, ie, I spend nothing and still get 45% of the outlay back Thumbs Up Just a white TDV8 with a few extras

Yeh ! and without my carbon absorbing tree management you'll only be able to ride your push bikes on them.

I'm sorry, but the kind of lifestyle we are being propelled into has NO appeal to me.
Groups of dope smoking tree hugging communities where the kids walk barefooted between the Yurts because they have no idea of who their biological parents are. The adults queue up every week to book the communal hybrid so that they can travel to pick up fresh supplies of mung beans and check up that no one is eating meat or treating animals in an unethical manner.
BBBBBBBBAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !

How things have changed.... the dole must be paying well these days that they can afford hybrids.

I always found it ironoc that the greenies drove around in 20 year old volvo station wagons or VW combis with "save the whales" and "save the earth" stickers turned grey from the fumes of a car that ran on a policy of top up the petrol and fill up the oil. Confused Just a white TDV8 with a few extras

And now that you have me on my high horse.

The other thing that really pi Censored es me off with these guys is the street beggars at traffic lights and in the city centres telling me that I am not doing enough to save our national parks and our planet because I won't gie them money.

I take great delight in telling that I live right next to one of Australias most visited national parks and that if they wanted to make a real difference, instead of collecting pocket change, that they should come up and pick up some tools and help the farmers control noxious weeks and help by shooting feral animals. I offered free accomodation and access to all the tools they need ..... haven't seen one of these greenies up here yet!!!

Remeber to thank a farmer for your next meal. Just a white TDV8 with a few extras
