I've never owned a RR before and my last car was a 3.0 X5 Which was stolen from my house 3 weeks ago (Gutted) , I've decided to go for a RR and I'm going looking at 1 tomorrow. Its the 3.6 TDV8 2007 Vogue SE Model with 140k in silver with fsh

I was just wondering what are the common or perhaps not so common faults that I should be aware of and I should look out for when inspecting this car.

There are many posts here on buying an RRS. Just search and you will find. I certainly think that you should read through all these before parting with any hard earned cash. Gareth, the 3.6V8 Vogue SE is not Range Rover Sport it is the big brother L322 FFRR! Suggest that you take a look at our sister forum FullFatRR.com for specialist info about those models. RRS suffers different issues to FFRR as the version with the TDV8 3.6 on this forum is actually a re-bodied Discovery 3. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Hi all, I've joined up because I'm planning to buy a recent RRS in the coming months so I'm doing some research.

I currently have a Disco 4 SDV6 but have always loved Range Rovers since I owned an original model (1972 build) which I bought in 1984. Of course it was incredibly crude compared with modern cars but I loved it. I had to sell it as a deposit for a house (for some reason my wife said a house was more important)!

I've owned a number of interesting cars over the years including several years with a Jaguar XFR using the 5L supercharged engine. However I'm planning to buy another SDV6 engine in the RRS.

Now off to start reading

Hello can someone tell me if it was ever possible when brand new in 2010 to choose to add the autobiography rear end to a HSE , as I really like the rear exhaust silver bar st the bottom but hate the front grille so I can't half do a autobiography conversion

I get that but I don't want it if it was never possible to have it like that , I like the rear just had that autobiography front grille , it would look odd tho if I leave the HSE front , if anyone knows of a 2010 spec list from when they were new I would love that or even a 2012 spec list

Hi everybody, I found this website some weeks ago having purchased a 2006 RRS 2.7TDV6 HSE, with one owner and 36k with full L/R history. I've always wanted Range Rover of some sort and saw this in the local garage and my wife and I fell in love with it and had to have it. I've had it for a week now having traded the brilliant BMW318D touring in for it but with no regrets. I could bore you all with the moaning i've given my wife of the 28 years of marriage about getting one and finally everything just seemed to fall into place.................
