Going into the dealer for the Suspension Knocking and dust

Hi,

Car going to the dealer tomorrow morning for the suspension knocking ( http://rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic5669.html ) and the dust build up ( http://rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic5478.html?highlight=dust+build ).

For the first one, they mention that it is a know problem but that depending of the vin of the car, it will be a warrenty job or not.
For the second one, they are not aware of any problem.

Will let you know more once my baby is in there hands... Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Thursday afternoon update:

They are still not happy with the noise level and are working on it again. Will hopefully have it back tomorrow evening. Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

And, it won't be back for the week-end Big Cry

They are still unhappy about the noise (which is I believe good) and are digging into it to fix it. As they phrase it: "We won't let it win!"

Week one: so car has been with the dealer for a week now. They have changed severals parts of the suspension, stearing, dynamic stability control...and the noise is still there. In the meantime, they have received another car for the same problem.

Situation: an engineer from LandRover will come next week to inspect the car. In the meantime, I will have my car bacl today. They have done the solution preconise by the Doc and Hillendale but obviously problem still present. Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Hats off to your dealer in persisting with trying to find a solution. Most would simply hand the car back and wait for the next complaint! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I agree with you. They have been very professional with daily updates as well.

Now, let's hope that the LR engineer find the solution. Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

yeah, that was the name I was looking for. ex-HR Owen... Owen has been sold to Lookers last septembre, so the Park Royal and Sth Kens branches have been rebranded to Lookers and then to Charles Hurst London (owned by Lookers) Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6
