fitting reg plates

Hey all....pretty simple question this one Im sure, but im fitting new plates this week...how do they attach? Is is sticky foam pads jobs from Halfords or is there something specific/specialist I should be wary of...

Screws in the front (on mine the screws are forced through the plastic plate mount affixed to the front bumper). So can be screwed or affixed.

Rear plates are stick on jobs, although there are a cople of black stickers that maybe cover a hole for something OEM. 2022 P440e AB
