Premium vs standard leather?

I am about to order a RRS, and have a question regarding the different leather qualities available. What is the difference between standard and premium, (besides the surface structure and wrinkled finish of the premium leather)? Are both variants "full" leather, or are the seat backs and sides vinyl? Any difference in durability?

Regards,
Bontempi

The only difference I know is that the standard leather has a small suede type piece on the side of the seat cushion/base. IMHO the standard leather is harder wearing than the softer premium leather, but only time will time. Rob

This is not exclusive to those two models, my SC also has the suede on the sides of the seat squabs, I think this is to prevent unsightly cracking of the leather later in life due to people sliding in and out of the car. L319 D4 HSE
