Rang Rover Sport 2014 L494 4.4v8 high speed canbus issue.

Hi

I have a 2014 RRS 4.4v8, is it i have an issue with the high speed can bus from the BCM fuse box to the ECM, I have 12v on the can high line, I have removed the BCM and have found the can controller chip has anyone every replaced this chip before because is was causing the high speed can system to go done the car is a none start just cranks wont fire up.
