Bottom boot doesn’t open but glass does

Hi everyone, I’m able to open the top glass on the boot but not the complete boot, the button is jammed can’t seem to get it working? I’ve tried wd40 on there but nothing?! The sensors don’t work either im guessing this is part of the boot? Please help.

Hold the lock and unlock buttons in on the dash for 5 seconds.
Should open the boot.

That will allow you to change the button.
