Help on suspension calibration gap tool

Bit of a long one
Come out to my car being wonky one morning
Drove it for a few days hoping it would go back to no didn't move
Brought a jlr sdd wouldn't recalibrate. Went to green oval and he kind of done it with gap tool told me the rear sensors had to b the cause
2 oem ones and nothing. Changed the fronts again oem for peace of mind. Still no change. Done the valve blocks as had them in garage and pump. No change
Tried myself with a brand new gap tool I brought and it's saying file missing after the calibration and won't let me calibrate at all. Any advise would b great as I can't find any good local places to rochester. Or if anyone is local and knows there way around if u can help or solve. Can't use the car as drops to bump stops at present

contact PAT @GAP.

I'm sure he will quickly provide advise on the missing file.

There is also a GAP subforum on disco3.co.uk

Pat at gap is at a loss
As passenger rear is reading 280 which is plus 30 on highest gap reading.
He said sensor. So just put another brand new genuine rear sensor on and nope reading I'd still the same. Put oringinal front ones back on to check and there the same. All the other 3 r reading normal and that is the only one reading very high when it's low. I'm at a loss now but my coil kit has turned up so if I can't sort this week I will replace with a full coil suspension kit and have done with it

Have you probed the wiring back to the ECU from the connectors on the height sensors. I just did some work on my control arms and had to replace 3 of the 4 connectors and a section of corroded wire on one connector. 2009 Range Rover Sport Supercharged

Yep belled them from ecu to plug.
All r getting the 4.9v and send the lower voltage along the other wire. And the third I believe is the earth but I belled all 3. I believe there wired up properly as had to take the plug off 3 and resoldered done 1 wire at a time but last owner had already done them so I followed his wiring. Rear passenger is my fault so been concentrating on that one which is what gap said. If I had a wire pinout or colours for plug would b a help I've looked online but can't find a photo of that side rear o a 2009.rrs with all the colour wires etc

cheers for that ill double check tomorrow and ill also try run wires direct to ecu from plug and see if that helps.i cant think of anything else to try gap said if its not the wire there at a lose as the module doesnt contain a readable ccf so they cant even rewrite that for me its a set module and u just work off the main.i cant find anything bent, out of place etc, everuone whos tried have come up with a blank so far so wires r the last resort but they all bell accross so i cant see it being them

Mine had pin
1 4.92 volt
4 is 2.0 etc feed height
5 earth
This was oringinal plug as managed to find it but still says out of range a lot. Tried plug behind headlight and wires and there all good with no movement on sensor readings as playing or pulling them. Even at ecu the same. I'm at the stage where I cannot find any other thing wrong with the wiring etc so don't know what else I can do

See below for wiring specific to your vehicle to confirm the colours.

They sell a connector kit.

More expensive than the Chinese clones I got on Amazon Canada.
