United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Stornoway Grey
Dash problem

Hi I’ve noticed there is a gap in part of my dash as shown in the photo
Could anyone advise how to correct this problem

That piece of trim has not been refitted correctly, at that end there are three spring clip on sort of plastic pegs, when it was refitted they have not gone into the holes located in the main dash correctly, it can be a bit of a pain to locate them, and I would think that is your problem, or the spring clips are missing as they do have a habit of flying of into oblivion when removing some of the trim. If you just wriggle and push on the trim bit you might feel it go into position and push it home. Not saying that is your problem but I think it is a strong possibility.

There is one of the locating holes/bracket up by the air vent and being plastic it is to overly strong and may have been broken off, but i think the trim would fit better than that even if it had, as there would be nothing to stop it locating in position albeit a bit loose.
