Under sealing……

Is under sealing really worthwhile…. Reading arguments both for and against given costs of appropriately £500 - £600

My 2013 Autobiography has done 115000 miles since I bought it new, in great condition all the normal niggles done. Not sure if I should stick with it hence thinking under sealing or possibly move on later in the year.

Would under sealing assist selling if I move on in the next year …. I’m thinking unlikely?

I'm not sure about resale in general. If it was me, and the seller said "I've undersealed recently" and there wasn't much history other than the stamps, I'd be thinking "what's he trying to hide?". If, however, it had a folder full of LR indy receipts listing work done over the years, then I'd think "the guy's obviously looked after it well and the underseal is part of that so it's just another good thing done to it". 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

My local Indi now does Lanoguard treatment, so I had him give it a coat while it was in for MOT and service. It does pong a bit though.
It may need another coat next year but we will see.
I've spent a bit on it in the past few years and rear lower arms at some point this year so a bit underbody treatment seemed sensible.

100% Lanoguard and either DIY (easy) or they have places that will do it for you.
I've had my L322 done. Very pleased. Much better than sticky Dinotrol etc.

I have switched to Lanoguard, it’s certainly easier to apply, I run the back up on ramps first and do about halfway then run the front up and do the front half, push the nozzle into any holes that are along the chassis and give it a spray inside as well. You will smell like you have been on a sheep farm afterwards 😂
