Throttle Body Replacement RRS L494 3.0 V6 Diesel HSE

Hi, I want to change the throttle body on my RRS 2015 HSE 3.0 v6 Diesel.
Can you just fit a new one or does the throttle body need programming.
If yes does anyone have any experience using an Autel MaxiCOM MK808BT Pro scanner
to do this?
