Lighting built into steering wheel switches

Hi Folks.
Seem to have lost the lighting on my steering wheel somehow!
Maybe I've turned something off by mistake AGAIN! not sure.
Anyone know if there is a switch or another method of turning off - on

IID tool showing NO faults. hence me thinking that I have turned them off somehow.

Thank in advance.

Well, Guys.

It seems just my lack of knowledge with the car Again!
My mechanic came up today had a quick look. Nowt wrong.
It seems the steering wheel light on the switches only work when the lights are switched on or in auto lights on!!
Don't work when lights are turned OFF.

"No fool like an old fool" what!!!!

Glad you worked it out.
We all learn something new all the time and at least it wasn't an expensive fix!! 2016 RRS SVR Estoril Blue

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?

@Kevin

they work the opposite way in my 2015: they are bright when the lights are off, and dim when the lights are on.

that makes more sense to me than the way yours work. --

@ Naks......

You got me second guessing my mechanics findings Now. Whistle Whistle
As I thought that is how mine was working. The wheel lights did seem to be brighter before I noticed I had done something!
I suppose that could just be down to darker surroundings I was parked in.
However he works on these cars all day every day, So should, and does know these cars.

Maybe I have switched something or turned something off by mistake!! which even my mechanic doesn't know about. Anything is possible, with these cars.
