Sorry for the duplicate thread, i'm posting in here because it probably gets more traffic than the L494 forum.

Im on the verge of closing the deal with the garage on a L494 and i need to get opinions an a potential ''slight oil leak on turbo feed pipe area - needs further investigation' advisory on the last service.

It appears to be a mammoth job according to a couple of guys who have helpfully replied, i'm in the position of being able to walk away as i stand now but i really don't want to.

The garage is by no means a shady back street garage its a reputable company with loads of positive feedback and are offering a 12 month warranty. They have assured me it'll be sorted but the 'we've cleaned the area and it looks fine to me' language isn't fulling me full of confidence!
