Not always the case, MAW.... sometimes in these multistoreys with concrete pillars etc, you get the front PDC telling you about the pillars as you reverse in and the rear PDC telling you about the wall behind you. It does all get a bit of a mess.... the only difference is that the front PDC beeps come out of the front speakers and the rear beeps come out the rear, so when you're being bombarded by beeps from front and back it is sometimes difficult to separate them. Confused

So, once again, I reiterate the facility is there as a secondary aid to your own eyes and judgement.., not instead of!!! Whistle MY12 SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ebony/Piano/Sidesteps/Privacy/Overfinch Olympus/JLR DRLs

I think it's a question of the two systems working in harmony.., human judgement AND the PDC? Whistle MY12 SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ebony/Piano/Sidesteps/Privacy/Overfinch Olympus/JLR DRLs

United Arab Emirates 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Buckingham Blue

so we r in agreement here the rear and front sensors are not good enough for safe parking and we all agree that the human brain can't differentiate between the front and rear Rolling Eyes .....so as conclusion we need visual help which could be sure rear view camera..oh I did not snap a pic for my rear scratches and littlie bend (painful one) but let me post one after my own repair Thumbs Up 2007 Range Rover Sport Supercharged, Buckingham Blue, Ivory converted to HST Silver

Absolutely! It's the physical expression from the unfortunate driver who's just clobbered a bollard, before effecting the next essential act of visiting the bodyshop. Similar, but, as you can see, completely different? I hope this clears-up that little misunderstanding.., just in case you thought I'd made a typographical error!!!
