Apparantly, quite a few expats are over the very same issue! You would think the Cypriot Govt. would learn by now! Mlines, the issue isn't that we have owned it for 6months, the issue is they are now saying it has to be 6 months IN THE UK which is compltete b  ks!
The rule is 6 months OUTSIDE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS, AND MIN. OF 6k MILES (Ours had 14k on 6th Sep when car entered Cyprus!) They are changing the rules back and forth all the time. Hence, they have a huge number of cases in European courts pending! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award

Start proceedings and by the time the case comes round it'll be time to sell the RRS anyway. If court action is being taken it would be unlikely that they could do anything until the case is heard. Play the system mate. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
