Exactly. Mrs S got her first FL from here... and they are a bunch of comedians. I also dropped in there once to pick up a replacement wing mirror glass for the RRS and they managed to lose it on the way from parts to the front desk, where I said I would pick it up. Idiots. |

shmoogle - noticed on the members map you are in the same general location as me. Which dealership do you use? After your unfortunate experience did you stick with Hunters Guildford, or change to another one in the vicinity? |

Obviously, I'm not a LR owner anymore, but my wife's Freelander goes to Webbers in Basingstoke for servicing/maintenance. My RRS went for it's 15k service at LR Gatwick (because it was handy for work), who I found to be excellent personally, but others have had horror stories.... |

Have used LR Gatwick. Nothing but good words about them personally. Watch out with the collect and return service though....horror stories galour...I would need a forum to myself for those!

I always get courtesy cars so not liable to fall foul of collect and return. LR Gatwick have a splendid choice of Honda Civic 1.2s to choose from! |

Harwoods are just a tad too far for me. If it's not Hunters Guildford, then it has to be Webbers Basingstoke or Hunters Southampton. However none of the above three have had very favourable feedback on this site. If anything, my current dealer, Hunters Guildford, who I am less than happy with, seem to have been criticised the least of the three. |
