Hi my wife recently purchased a 2014 sport and we were trying out the seat memory today and noticed the passenger side doesn't seem to work. drivers side works fine comes up on dash to say its saved and the little m light comes up on the buttons. however the passenger side doesn't seem to be working, no light comes up on the m button and seat doesn't move when going through the numbers. the lock buttons work fine and seat adjusts fine but wont save. ive checked the fuses under the dash they seem fine took both passenger seat ones out and multi metered them. before we speak to the company we bought it from as its under warranty would it be something as simple as replacing the switch.

sounds like the switches have gone and might need to be replaced

thats what im thinking, is it something thats known on these. ive seen some videos door card seems easy enough to take off

Yes it was me who has that issue!
The switch is dead, doesn't light up orange when you press it, whereas the other switch on the other door does
Took it to the dealer and they said it was the switch and replacement is only option, but this was a few days before lock down so I haven't chased it.

Have you checked Fuses 47 Red 10 Amp or 45 Green 30 amp behind glovebox passengers side? A dealer told me I needed a new heated windscreen (£635.00) previously, turned out to be £1.25p fuse.
