2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Sumatra Black

Front Suspension "Knock"

I have an annoying "knock" when going over potholes or sunken manhole covers, etc. Initially, I thought it was the exhaust hitting the bodywork.., but it's not. It seems to be eminating from the front (not 100% certain), and I recall somebody else having the same or a similar suspension problem? Indeed, I think it might even be a common fault?

Be nice to point the Stealer in the right direction when it goes in for the first service in a couple of weeks. Any ideas please fellas? Thanks!

Thanks Doc. I see there's 13 pages of it so I'll read it through when I've got 6 hours to spare. Dont think mine has got the Dynamic Pack which most of the first page seems to be about. Is it ALL suspension variations and is there a happy ending?

Brian i had the new bushes fitted that Doc gave me the part numbers for, posted on the suspension knock post plus an anti roll bar and it is as quiet as a mouse

2x Anti roll bar stirrup bushes

Part number RVU50011 @ £6 each!
