I recently purchased a Sept 2014 L494 RRS which is fitted with 360 cameras.

They are quite low res, and having recently been in a new RRS i noticed such a difference in the camera quality - not really a surprise considering the age difference.

But my question is, has anyone fitted the new cameras to an older L494? or know if it is possible?

Thank you in advance.

Anything is possible but it’s the cost and hassle you to.

I’ve retro fitted the L494 system to my L320 and it caused me lots of headaches with find camera looms. Without digging into your spec I suspect your MY is still the 5 camera version whereas I think the later years had a 4 camera system position in different positions. The low res could be down to your screen rather than the cameras, especially if you have Dual View. 2012 5.0 SC AB
