2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

ooops

Was it someone on here who caused the long tailback on the M4 this morning in the multiple vehicle shunt - Silver RRS?

And why did the police 4x4 have a flat rear tyre - was it involved in the incident - or did it rip its tyre towing the remains of the vehicles off the road.
