Noisy rear climate fan??

Hi guys,

I’m a newbie rrs 2015 owner - love the car - but the rear/backseat climate is so noisy! Crazy noisy - on max, the front climate is nice and quiet, but the rear - you can’t have the fan speed on more than 2, or the noise makes it hard to talk in the car.

It’s not actually the air from the rear vents - it’s noise coming from a spinning fan/motor(?) In the boot - I removed a panel to find this out. This is the fan causing the problem...

I want to know if this noise is normal - if any of you guys think this sounds the same In your cars.
I don’t want to take it back to the dealer and just be told it’s normal.

Is there some foam shuck in the fan?

Or is it hard to move.

Turn it off and try with your hands.
