Transmission solenoids and dampers

I've been told that the fault on my gearbox is number 5 transmission solenoid and the damper need replacing. Can anyone tell me where I can buy individual solenoids and dampers for rrs 2008.

A set for £100

To change dampers you also need the metal gasket I believe

Probably gonna add up to maybe £400 to diy with this and that gasket.

I would’ve tempted for a garage to do it if it’s reasonable price.

Thanks I will have a look on eBay, I have a friend who is a mechanic to do the work hopefully 🤞🤞
