Dynamic Fluid

Good evening

I’m after a bit of advice. The Dynamic fluid is low on my RRS so I need to up. I checked the handbook and it doesn’t reference any specification for the required PAS fluid other that Texaco Cold Climate. I have some Power Steering fluid in the garage which is green (I think that is cold climate?). Am I ok to use it or should I get the Texaco stuff or LR?

Thanks for any help.

Mark

Usually it leaks via the rear sway bar.... A pricey fix but you can delay the leak and buy yourself some time to save up by buying Power steering fluid stop leak. Lucas Works quite well but don't think you can get away with it being a permanent fix. Sooner or later that sway bar will have to be replaced.

It's been done by a few people on this forum.... When I did it and had the dealership replace the sway bar nothing happened. Just don't think of it as a long term or permanent solution, that's all. Rear De-articulating sway bars aren't cheap.
