RRS P400E - Does anyone use it in the countryside?

If you live in Tuscany, to go up and down the hills is the rule.
Does anyone use the PHEV in similar conditions and with which MPG?
I'm in the doubt.
To put or not to put the order ?
I have a 2016 RRS HSE TDV6.

Hi TuscanDriver

I use my car offen in the alps, the real mpg I cant tell you, but positive is, downhill you get massive regenerative Energy by slowing down and Breaking.
For example, 10 km downhill can give Energy for 15 km (round 7km uphill).

Best is to try the car for the Weekend in your Region and driving style.

Thanks Renè,

just for personal curiosity...
Is your fuel efficiency secret or you can disclosure other types of measure (Km/l l/100Km or so) ?

Thanks again

Fabio

Hi Fabio

Its not secret, just never checked it while driving around in the alps... Wink

In average its around 9.8 liters / 100 km in the last 22.000 km.
I drive a lot on the Highways in Germany and very fast, so in Italy it will be easy 25% less.
I think personal driving style and the way to use the electric energy can be so different, means that my fuel consumption says nothing about the possible consumption for other users.

Very good car handling. Thumbs Up

I'm only between 8.5 and 9 litres per 100Km on my V6 (60.000Km), so I think seriously about an electrifying replacement.

Thanks for the precious information.
