New buyer - pro services and real tike traffic.

Hi folks

I’m moving from a BMW X5 and budget will stretch to a 2015 HSE. It will be the 1st rr I’ve owned.
Could someone tell me if the pro services are standard. I want real time traffic and it’s part of pro services from what I can tell
