Auto box oil change.

Hi all. Auto box oil change advice please. Which would be better an oil filter and oil change, (Britpart) or the gearbox flush with one of those special machines.

I was quoted £500 by an Indy. Flush is about £300 and Britparts about £150. Not paying £500 so just wondering whether it's better for the car to change or flush.
