As I drive along, it always sounds like a window is open but the noise is from lower down the door. The seal looks a bit knackered and flat too.

Has anyone replaced a door seal and if so, is it easy to do?

Very easy to do, depending on which seal as there are primary and secondary in each door aperture, you may have to loosen or remove some pieces of trim but apart from that, the seal just pushes on to a lip, with a subtle whack or two required to seat it in the corners. Dan @Duckworths supplied a seal for me, at a good price.
