Im thinking have they put the key in the wrong place in the pouch,,The pouch I have I can stand next to car with both keys in it & I cannot unlock or lock the car unless I take one out of the pouch. Andy.

Same here, even holding pouch in same hand as using to open door, won't unlock until remove key from pouch. Operator Error, perhaps he forgot to put the spare key in a pouch as well. Smile

Cheers

This isn’t a relay theft...the alarm would not go off if it was....

This is a key taught device... the second chap was probably there to hold the front door shut whilst they programmed a key...

Looks like the guy actualy got into the car via the passengers side rear door, and climbed into the drivers seat, not sure if that is of any relevance or not.

Cheers

I think these are the best thing to slow them down..

Thatcham approved, category 3

Buts lets be honest,
if they really want your motor there is nothing that's going to stop them completely..
its a case of making it as difficult as possible so they move on to the one down the road,
and leave yours alone..

Sorry to all my neighbours,, ===========================================

Same here - I even tried pressing the unlock button through the pouch last night and it wouldn't do anything until I removed a key.
Must have put the key in the wrong section of the pouch as you say.

Professional thieves will not be put off, they took my friends Mercedes on the back of a breakdown truck, neighbours saw it happen, thought nothing of it, assumed he had broken down.

I can remember my Dad always left the car keys in the Ign, long gone are those days though

Andy....what Pouch do you have? In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.
