Part number for rear ACE bolts & seal

Hopefully somebody can help. I have searched everywhere I can for a part number for the two bolts and seals for the rear ACE pipe connections to the rear ACE unit on a MY08 RRS 2.7 ? I had the pipes replaced a while ago but the ACE system has developed a leak again. It looks like the original bolts and seals were used in the pipe replacement and they are now leaking (at least I hope it’s that and not a failed unit)

Anybody have any info on these parts?

Are the seals not installed on the pipe when new? When I did my front pipes they came with new seals (or at least I’m sure they did). 2012 5.0 SC AB
