If your in Basildon go to Quirks Car Company for a look around,
I was there several years ago, they always have a few RRS and FFRR in stock
plenty of options for a test drive or two..

Arterial Road (A127), Wickford, Essex, SS12 9JG

This would be the perfect test drive motor..

Most of their stock is much newer than when I was there last, but may still be worth a visit..

If you want to stretch a little further??

Good luck with your search.. ===========================================

Hi Autobiography1969,

Thanks for the links. Yeah, I know QCC. They often have some very nice prestige stock. I wish I could stretch that far... Big Cry

Cheers

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

I'm in Southend.
This is my third RRS. I've owned a SuperCharged and two SDV6 not a TDV8 although I've always wanted one but too scared the turbo's will go as they have a reputation for doing that on the TDV8's. The SDV6 is a lovely car and plenty quick enough in my opinion! I've owned an S8, RS4 and currently own a Jag XKR Supercharged which is lovely but you can only go so fast on our roads with so many cameras and traffic jams everywhere now.

By the way I've got a Audi A4 Avant S-Line 64 plate 3ltr Auto I bought the RRS because got bored of it and wanted another RRS which isn't as quick but a lot better to drive IMHO... Thumbs Up Cheers Laurence.

You dont have to purchase mate,
the Black one will give you a very good idea if you like the seating and the drive..

then you can look at others in your price bracket.... ===========================================

Probably around £20-21k, ideally with a decent 6-12 month warranty included. Audi owner looking at getting a RRS...

Private sale so nothing came with it. I was going to look for policy but not sure I'd get one for a 12 plate?

Yes that is a nice one on the link!! I was tempted to go have a look myself and maybe buy it before I got this one. I spoke with Gary at the garage a couple of times he said that I wouldn't find a better one! TBH I've heard that before from a dealer, turned up and it's been a pile of poop! Having said that, that one is nicely loaded with lots of extras in the right colour and wheels, low miles it ticks all the boxes! Same tyres all round S/C wheels and rubber mats inside, it's been well spec'd and looked after! Give him a call see what deal he will give you on yours, mention I've recommended it on the forum to see if you'll get a better deal? Let us know what happens? It's got to be worth a conversation, its been on there for a few weeks now so I should think there's a deal to be done!! Thumbs Up Cheers Laurence.

This one is just down the road from you heading towards Southend in Progress Rd in a dealers. Nice spec, more miles on the clock than the other one but 5k cheaper! Defenatly worth a look...Thumbs Up

DS Automotive are a LR specialist that I use for servicing etc. They are just down the road from this car might be worth popping in to have a chat with them they might even take a look at it if you ask then they are within walking distance of the dealers!

Thanks Laurence. Will check it out.

Is millage a big factor in these cars - or are they generally ok if they have been service correctly? Audi owner looking at getting a RRS...
