I'm sure LR must be aware of what is happening in their dealerships? I suspect they choose to 'turn a blind eye' to keep customers happy  Chips with everything

The dealer I am told has been licensed to do this, invoice included the exact details of the upgrade so I am sure that Land Rover are aware of this.

Not a chance. Picked my TDV8 up two weeks ago. Stunning car and top quality paint job.

Had it chipped last friday By Turbo Chip

Faster than wifes E class 320 (apart from top speed)

Oh did I forget to mention "The sound"

I take it you like the V8 chipped,has it made much difference to the MPG, whats the HP now  some of my Previous cars

It doesn't make any difference. Using the car for a few miles lets you know what it feels like unmapped, then the remap shows up more.

As the engine loosens up around 2 - 3k it will really perform well.
