Front Wheel Lying in at Top?

Driver Side Front wheel lying in at top and don't see anything obviously bent. I did notice that gap between hub carrier and wheel is about 17mm on driver side while passenger side is closer to 30mm. (Pic below) does anyone know if gap should be same both sides? Thanks

Yes it should be the same both sides, The wheel being inclined inwards at the top is known as negative camber. It is adjustable and if the top or bottom wishbones have been replaced, the adjustment may have been lost.

A sensible independent should be able to sort it out for you.
