I have the same year and spec and my car doesn't have the upload feature on it, I think this occurred on late 2011 and up models when they went to the 8 speed gearbox. The sat nav is loaded in the RRS system and the only way to update is by visiting a JLR garage. There are lots of posts on this side of things as it is expensive and the maps are not up to date. Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. |

The sat nav is a pain but although this won't help you they changed it for 2012 MY so I recently updated mine to the latest (had been running original so was missing a chunk of the M74 for example) via usb stick. 90 quid off ebay. |
