Asked this question in another thread but thought the idea might deserve a thread by itself.

What do you think guys if we start a photo contest of (our) RRSs. If enough people are interested we will work out the details later. This thread is to gauge interest.

Couldn't we have a general photo competition? Like perhaps a different subject for every month, and a winner is chosen each month? Would be better for those who don't have RRSs  2002 Discovery Adventurer LE

That's why I put parenthesis on "our" RRS. Not everybody here has an RRSs, so I guess any RRS will do.

If this thing flies then we can be more specific in the future, like "your RRS off-rodaing" or such.

First draft rules, add/modify/suggest yours if you wish:

- Photos of any Land Rover will do.
- Photo size should be around 150kb, but no more than 200 kb.
- 11 days for submission & commenting and 3 days for voting. This should give us 2 weekends.
- Commenting and critiquing the photos is highly encouraged.


For voting:
- I will tally them if you like, at least for the first one.
- Don't vote for your own pic
- Most of you guys know each other in person, so be fair when voting


Btw, these are not my rules but the rules of a contest I participate in.

We are in trouble guys if tf9 enters some photos. I've see his pics and they are really great. That should make the contest more interesting, me think

A question guys,

Should we make the entries be taken during the contest period or any (old) photo will do.

Also, how many photos per person, one or three (or any other number).
